Article 1

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meaning set forth below:
（１）「Member」 refers to the individual who completed member registration by a predetermined method, and has consented to this Agreement.
（２）「Organization Management Sites」Ocean Alliance, (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) operates the "BLUE ACTION Umiposu Grand Prix 2017" website, the "Onocolo (Onokoro)" web application, and various other websites for Members of this organization, including the "BLUE ACTION" website.
（３）「Member information」refers to information such as the history related to information and transactions related to the attributes of the member included in this Organization (including the information that has been collected under the Article 10)

Article 2（BLUE ACTION UmiPos GranPrix 2017 Members）

１．Members, in accordance with the conditions that this Organization has specified, can use this Organization management Sites. However, separate registration for each site of this Organization may be required.

２．Members, through the use of Organization Management Sites, sublease and transfer all rights to all forms of materials and collaterals submitted to those Organization Management Sites, Organization Management Sites is not required to dispose of any materials or collateral, regardless of form.

Article 3 （Terms）

Terms will be applied to all members, a convention that applies after the completion of registration procedures.

Article 4（Member Registration Procedure）

１．Qualifications

Terms apply to individuals who have applied for Membership and have completed procedures to qualify as a Member. The Member registration procedure must be performed by the person applying to become a Member. Registration by proxy is not permitted at all. In addition, this Organization, retains the right to deny applications for Members whose Membership has been canceled in the past or for Members determined as not appropriate.

２．Input of Member Information
At the time of member registration process, please read the note on the information entry forms, and enter exactly the necessary information using the predetermined input forms.

Article 5（Management of user ID and password）

Members have a responsibility to secure their User ID and password. Passwords should be changed regularly and not shared with others. This Organization assumes no responsibility for damages if the user ID and password entered is confirmed by a predetermined method to be consistent with that which is registered. In such case any usage will be assumed as having been by members, despite theft, other circumstances, or unauthorized persons other than the member.

Article 6（Change of registration information）

When a change in registration information has occurred, we thank you to promptly update Member registration accordingly. For damages caused by the fact that the change registration has not been made, this Organization does not take any responsibility. In addition, even if a change to registration has been made, information already submitted before the change to registration will be remain on the basis of the pre-change registration information。

Article 7（Member Cancellation）

When a Member wishes to cancel, Member is responsible for the deletion of the member information. After the end of the prescribed withdrawal procedure, membership will be cancelled.

Article 8 Organization Disclaimer）

１．With respect to the Organization Management Sites, this Organization shall not be liable for any data loss due to communication line or interruption, delay, data system failure, computer failure, damage caused by the unauthorized access to the data, or for any other damages caused to the member.

２．This Organization does not guarantee mail content that is sent, such as a web page server domain of this organization, does not contain harmful content, such as computer viruses.

３．This Mrganization may make appropriate measures to provide information and advice to the Member, but this does not assume any responsibility

４．This organization does not take any responsibility for the loss to Members caused by violations of this Agreement or the like.

Article 9（Copyright）

Immediately following application to the contest, while the copyrights for works submitted for the contest will remain the property of the author, this Organization shall have the usage rights for all of the work submitted to the contest, including but not limited to where and how (TV, radio, web site, newspapers, magazines, in promotional tools, including commercialization, ), indefinitely and without limit, without having to acquire confirmation or permission from the author, also use free of charge without accreditation.

Article 10（Prohibited Matter）

Members are prohibited from perform the following acts during use of Organization Management Site:
（１）Violation of the terms of this Organization management site.
（２）Compromising rights of the Organization, or other third-party rights and interests.
（３）Acts adversely affecting the mind and body of minors, or performing other acts contrary to public order and morals.
（４）Acts discomforting or a nuisance to other users and other third parties.
（５）Entering false information.
（６）Use of Harmful computer programs, or programs send or write e-mail.
（７）Unauthorized server or computer access .
（８）Lend or transfer user ID and password to a third party, or share with a third party.
（９）Use of copyrighted material, or portrait without the prior license from the rights holder.

Article 11（Use of Cookies）

１．The Organization may employ the use of cookies (cookie) to gather information, to authenticate that you have access to Organization management sites as a member, to gather member access history and usage, to provide the best information to the other members, about members server information, IP address at the time of access; about the identification number of the mobile device.

２．Member upon accepting the above previous sections, will be required to accept cookies. Therefore, if you configure the browsing settings to reject cookies, please note that you can not use Organization operating sites as a member.

Article 12（Storing of Member information）

This Organization stores personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy（http://umipos.com/privacy）for more information.

Article 13（Use of the Organization Management Sites）

Members need to agree in advance to the Terms and Conditions of this appropriate parties operating site, in order to use the Organization's operating sites.

Article 14（Cessation or interruption of this Organization Management site）

In order to maintain this Organization management site at all times in good condition, the site may become unavailable without notice, or all or part of this Organization operating site due to: Performance of scheduled maintenance or emergency maintenance of the system, when the load on the system is concentrated, when deemed necessary to ensure the security of the Members, or if other needs are determined. This Organization shall not be liable for damages caused to the member in this case.

Article 15（Changes to or abolition of this Organization Management Site）

This Organization may abolish all or part of this Organization management site, and the site may be appropriately changed or abolished by decision at any time.

Article 16（Revision of Terms）

This Organization may arbitrarily revise this agreement, or point to terms that supplement this Agreement for each Organization operating site (hereinafter referred to as "Replenishment Terms"). Revision or supplementation of this Agreement shall be in effect once posted to this Agreement or as a Supplement to the terms. In this case, Members will be subject to the revised Terms and Replenishment Terms.

Article 17（Governing Laws and Jurisdiction）

This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of Japan, in case the need for judicial action relating to this Agreement is required, the Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction.
